Occasionally, London Mining Network may collect and process your personal data. In order to keep our supporters updated, we have developed this privacy policy so that you know what we do with your personal data.

What personal data do we collect and how is it used?


If you sign up for our newsletter, we will only ask for your email address and name (optional), which we will retain on our password-protected mailing list platform, MailChimp. If you unsubscribe, your email address is deleted from MailChimp. We do not pass your sign-up form data on to any external organisations or sell it.

Contact Email Address

Our contact email is operated by a member of LMN staff. Any personal data received is not passed to any external organisations (without consent) or sold and is never used for unsolicited contact.


If you donate online to LMN, you will be asked for your bank card data, but we do not store this data ourselves, your data is processed through third party sites: PayPal or the Charity Aid Foundation (CAF).

We may securely store details of when you made a payment, how much you paid and when and how much you intend to pay in the future. If you make payments using a cheque or cash, we will also securely store digital records of this. This is generally used for analysis purposes and personal details are anonymised unless otherwise discussed.


Cookies allow Google Analytics to track traffic to the site; for example, how many people use the website in a given month or year, and what pages are most popular. This is non-identifying information.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.).
