Telis Mistakidis bought an apartment in London’s upscale Belgravia district. The head of copper mining and trading at Glencore Plc has paid 46 million pounds ($70 million) for an apartment in London’s upscale Belgravia district.
Although Glencore’s Tampakan project remains stalled, their minority partner Indophil has also had approval to sell its share of the project to the Philippines-based Alsons Group.
Anglo claims money purportedly destined to equipment and services for its Grosvenor underground project was instead siphoned off into private bank accounts in Barbados and London.
