The Swedish Pension Fund has joined a number of its colleague funds, and disinvested from Freeport McMoRan, because of its Papuan Grasberg mine. Whether they will follow the Norwegian Pension Fund’s example and divest from Freeport McMoRan’s partner in the mine, Rio Tinto, is another question.
